Dr. Elliott was ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½¹ÙÍø’s fourth president, serving from 1969 to 1990
A memorial service for ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½¹ÙÍø’s fourth president, Dr. Frank N. Elliott, will be held on Monday, Nov. 23, at 11 a.m. at The Presbyterian Church of Lawrenceville (2688 Main Street, Lawrence).
Dr. Elliott passed away on Sept. 24, 2015, after a lengthy illness.
He served as ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½¹ÙÍø’s president for 21 years, from 1969 to 1990. Upon retirement, ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½¹ÙÍø established the Frank N. Elliott Award in 1991 to honor his legacy. The award is bestowed annually to a recipient from faculty, administration and support staff in recognition of their extraordinary service to ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½¹ÙÍø — exemplifying the same spirit of dedication Dr. Elliott embodied.
