This summer, local school teachers will have the chance to collaborate and enhance their knowledge of science and math through two professional development programs held in a partnership between ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½¹ÙÍø and Princeton University.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½¹ÙÍø’s science departments inducted three successful alumni into the Science Stairway of Fame on June 11 during Reunion Weekend activities on the Lawrenceville campus.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½¹ÙÍø baseball saw two of its top pitchers selected in the Major League Baseball First Year Draft On June 7 and 8, when Nate Eppley ’11 was chosen in the 29th round by the Oakland A’s on Tuesday, followed by teammate Mike Thomas ’11, who was taken by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 35th round on Wednesday.

Two Accounting majors recently participated in Maximum Impact 2011, a unique alternative spring break experience that blends community service and networking with Deloitte recruiters.

Alumni were recognized for making significant contributions in the field of accounting, enhancing the image of accountants, and making noteworthy volunteer efforts outside the workplace.

In total, 175 law enforcement officers and business professionals attended the seminars hosted by the Center for Business Forensics.
